"The Norfolk Experience DVD shows clearly how it only takes one keen, or maybe angry worker to go on and galvanise a whole workforce. Julie with the support of her branch and hq, organised the workforce of CareUK/Careforce to gain valuable achievements. Julie used new and innovative methods for her sector, such as setting up a web site with an on line staff room to give staff, who otherwise would have nowhere to come together, the facility to discuss their issues. Julie used her own time to communicate with staff and encourage action. All this paid dividends and saw the workforce gain improvements to terms and conditions and the development of a model national agreement.
