May Day Festival
Sunday 2nd May
Following recent successes, the Ipswich & District TUC is running the above event again this year. There will be a ‘new look’, with just one main stage with an extended arena, so good viewing of the Festival for everyone. The Community Tent and Children’s Rides and 5-a-side Football will also be available.
The Festival is run as a multi-cultural event and this will be reflected in the acts on both the main stage and the Community Tent. The theme will run as before ‘love music – hate racism’ and expose the racist attitudes of groups such as the BNP.
UNISON will be having a stall – so please everyone come along !!
