Merger News
The merger took place on 1st April 2010 becoming a single probation trust. Many were worried about losing their jobs and there still remains some uncertainty about the future.
Staff are facing new processes and procedures, different ways of doing things, and, in some cases, new line managers.
The Trust will be setting up focus groups, involving staff from all offices and across all grades, with the aim of looking at how they can achieve excellence in the new organisation. If you want to take part in these, please contact Juliette Maxam or Leanne Boast.

Lauren Bleach & new member Tracy Jobsz
The Norfolk and Suffolk Probation Trust will provide services to offenders, victims and courts from offices in Norwich, Great Yarmouth, King's Lynn, Lowestoft, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
