Model Learning Agreement
This webpage is a resource to help Branches develop a Learning Partnership Agreement with their respective employer; and in some circumstances with other Trade Unions that are recognised by their employer.
Learning Partnership Agreements are a good way of structuring the appraoch to embeding Lifelong Learning initiatives in the workplace, as well as supporting the rights that Union Learning Reps have. Learning Partnership Agreements should also be used to negotiate new facilty agreements for additional Time Off, both for the Union Learner Reps and members undertaking a course of learning, whether it is vocational or non-vocational.
