11 April 2012 - Equal Civil Marriage Consultatation - Government announces that it will be introducing civil marriage for same sex couples in England and Wales by May 2015. UNISON urges regional and branch groups and individual members to respond to the consultation themselves, setting out why this is progress and why it matters to them. There are many others angrily and noisily condemning the proposals. We must make sure our voices are heard above their din!
**Don't forget this years BiCon event which is being held in Bradford 9th-13th August** - BiCon the highlight of the bisexual year, is set to be a 'stunning' event for 2012. BiCon is an annual gathering for bisexual people, their friends, partners and anyone with a supportive interest in bisexuality.
