UNISON Branch Caseworker – Peterborough Area
24 Hours per week (negotiable), for a fixed Term of 11 months : £24,931 pro rata.
Working with UNISON members in the Health sector across Peterborough area, you will be responsible for advising, supporting and representing members in disciplinary and grievance procedures, recruiting new members, defending and improving worker rights, and looking at ways of engaging our existing membership. You will need a good working knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to represent others to their employer when things go wrong.
