Boost our chances of success in defending members' rights, pay, and job security.

Join our Million Voices Campaign...to support our campaign for a fairer society-for social justice, good jobs and quality public services. Look at many of our other campaigns and join us trying to win change for our members- on Climate Change, green issues, the minimum wage, transforming the community in health, and many local campaigns based in your own workplace too.

Got a shared issue at work? You can ask your local UNISON representative to visit and meet you an update...to find your local representative, call your branch..

Become a representative..

If your workplace has no local representative (rep)...why not think about volunteering? There are lots of different types of specialist reps. ......find out more

We train our reps and our training is properly accredited through the Open College Network -so you can count it towards getting other qualifications.
