What will it be about?

The course covers UNISON’s approach to equalities, legislation and how you can make a difference.

If you think that equality in the workplace is important, you should do this course.

If you are undecided about the importance of equality in the workplace, you should definitely do this course.

For the opportunity to learn with and learn from colleagues who you would not usually get the opportunity to meet it is invaluable – and to hear first-hand from those colleagues whose lives are blighted by inequality, it is probably the most fascinating, moving and inspiring training that UNISON has on offer.
