Health and Safety Reps Part 1

Who is it for?

This course is for newly appointed activists and/or those activists who have not yet attended a UNISON Health & Safety training course .It is the first part of a two stage course to equip you in your role as safety rep.

What will it be about?

This includes:
• the job of the Safety representative
• the legal framework
• dealing with health and safety problems
• doing inspections
• organising the workplace around health and safety issues.

Where and When:

* London NUT - 11, 12, 13 August - FULL
Chelmsford - 29, 30 Sept, 1 October
Norwich - 6, 7, 8 October
Cambridge - 13, 14, 15 October

* = courses administered by the London  Region
