Stewards Induction Part 2

Who is it for?

This three day course is the essential part 2 of Steward induction training and is for you if you’ve completed part 1 OR if you are an experienced rep who has not done any Unison training so far.

What will it be about?

This course will assist you in helping members in the workplace. It will help you:
• Understand procedures
• Develop ground rules for dealing with cases
• Know where to go for advice and guidance
• Identify when to ask for assistance
• Develop your skills in representing members with management:
• Preparing the case
• Preparing for meeting management
• Presenting cases effectively

Bury St Edmunds - 3, 4, 5 November
Hertford - 3, 4, 5 November
Ipswich - 10, 11, 12 November
Luton - 10, 11, 12 November
Norwich - 17, 18, 19 November
Cambridge - 17, 18, 19 November - FULL
