One to One Recruiting
Who is it for?
Any rep who would like to be more involved and/or effective in recruiting members
What will it be about?
This one day workshop will help you:
- Think about different approaches to recruitment and be able to choose the best one for the situation
- Develop your skills in listening to the non member and finding out what their concerns are
- Develop your confidence in persuading non members to join by taking part in practice sessions -plan a recruitment event
- Share ideas and experiences with other activists
