Who is it for?
All stewards and branch officers who help members deal with problems at work. You should have done Stewards Induction Parts 1 & 2 first.
What will it be about?
• To understand the legal framework within which trade unions organise and how it has changed in recent years
• Work with your members to help them organise to defend their rights at work and improve their pay and conditions
