Tackling Racism

Who is it for?

The course is aimed at activists and in particular stewards and workplace reps who may well have been on introductory stewards training and who have some experience of working with members.

What will it be about?

This course has been developed in response to the Stephen Lawrence enquiry and to meet two needs UNISON had identified in relation to anti-racism training:

• To develop training aimed at white as well as black participants
• To develop training which encourages collective and organising approaches to tackling racism.
